Chinese stories (2001)<\/em><\/strong>.<br \/>\nNovels: <strong><em>The Legend of the Tear Tricksters (1999), The Secret World Football Team (2006), The Flower Devourers (2009).<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nLaszlo Darvasi has received a number of Hungarian literary awards, the most important among which are: <em>Tibor D\u00e9ry Prize<\/em> (1993), <em>Hungarian Book of the Year Prize<\/em> (1994), <em>Kr\u00fady Prize<\/em> (1996), <em>Attila J\u00f3zsef Prize<\/em> (1998),<em> F\u00fcst Milan Prize<\/em> (2005) and <em>S\u00e1ndor M\u00e1rai Priz<\/em>e (2008). In Germany he was awarded the <em>Br\u00fccke Berlin Prize<\/em> (2004).<br \/>\nLaszlo Darvasi\u2019s books have been translated into most of the languages of Europe.<br \/>\nThe book of the war and love novelettes <strong><em>To Get a Wife<\/em><\/strong>, the most translated among Darvasi\u2019s books, has been published in Germany, France, Holland, Slovenia, Croatia and Serbia.<br \/>\nCritics of Europe evaluated the novelette collection To Get a Wife as the best in Laszlo Darvasi\u2019s opus.
