He graduated from the Department of Ethnology and Anthropology at the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade. He is the author of several documentaries and the 2013 feature film <em>Naprat\u0430<\/em>, one of the first Serbian horror films.By profession, he is an ethnologist, while his pursuits include writing, filmmaking, and editing the <em>Omaja<\/em> web portal, dedicated to topics related to folkloric fantasy. He is also the owner of the publishing house <em>Bedem<\/em>, which he founded with his wife with the aim of publishing and editing their own manuscripts and presenting them to the public.Milosavljevi\u0107 is the author of the novels <em>Mud of the South<\/em> (2018), <em>Jazava<\/em> (2020), <em>The Eternal House<\/em> (2022), and <em>Naprat\u0430<\/em> (2024), as well as the children&#8217;s poem <em>Olalije<\/em> (2021).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mladen Milosavljevi\u0107 was born in 1982 in Smederevska Palanka.
